Where do i even start with this..The mount itself is heavier than my 70in TV. The provided instructions are very small and not easy to discern. I'm not satisfied with this purchase at all and will be returning for refund.

Once again, impressed with the quality! Comes fully assembled. It flexes to the amount of pressure and can be adjusted to suit your firmness. I would recommend this item to people who have lower back problems even in ergonomic chairs.

Thoroughly impressed. Ordered one during holiday sale. Was not expecting much. As it turns out, these are significantly more sturdy than a competitors product that i paid almost three times as much for. The instructions are well detailed. And the provided hardware is too. I ended up replacing all of my old mounts with these. Currently they are holding an old HP2409B to my left. An MSI G27C4 in the center and a BENQ XL2411Z to the right. I would highly recommend this product.
