Pantum PB-211 PB-211EV cartouche de toner compatible noire - Eco-Saver - 3 Paquet

These cartridges seem to work just as good as the Pantum brand and are certainly more economical. The copies are very good. I am glad to see that there is a high yield available now and I will be trying that one too.

The printer was quite easy to set up and install. The copies are great. However, the paper curls when it is coming out of the printer. If there are only 2 or 3 pages the curl is manageable. For larger print jobs, the paper "flies" out of the print tray because of the curl. And even after being in a file folder overnight with something heavy sitting on the file, the paper keeps the curl.

Finally a power bar/surge protector that allows enough room for the big boxy plugs that I have for some electronics. I am hoping that it lasts for a long time.

When you first start to use these cartridges, the pages are very dirty and there are toner spots all over the page. They do seem to get better after the first 200 pages or so, but what a waste of toner, paper and time trying to get something that you can actually use.

The toner cartridge works fine. It was somewhat difficult to load into my machine. Then it didn't work and my printer said it was not the correct cartridge. I removed the cartridge and put it back in and then it worked OK. The real test will be to see how many copies it produces. If anyone has problems getting this cartridge to work, call support and they can provide detailed instructions.

Price was great. However, I am finding that there are faded areas on the printed page usually every 2 or 3 pages, mostly on the right side of the page. I have tried shaking the cartridge several times but that doesn't seem to solve the problem. I did purchase 2 so I will try the second one. If I have the same problem, I guess I will have to go back to the Samsung brand.
