I have used this toner several times and have no problems at all with it. The copies have been great. I tried the generic brand once and it was a disaster.

I have used the Samsung toner cartridge twice and have found it to easy to use and have had no problems once it was inserted in the printer. I tried the cheaper, compatible toner cartridge with nothing but problems so unfortunately had to order the Samsung toner cartridge as the cheaper toner cartridge would NOT WORK!!

I ordered a compatible toner cartridge for my Samsung ML2165W printer. The toner never worked from day one. I put the cartridge in my printer and had a blank 1 inch line running the length of the paper and the more copies I made the lighter the copies got. I phoned 123 and they e-mailed to shake cartridge gently which I did and put back in printer. The blank line slowly disappeared after copying many pages. The ink was still light and got lighter as they printed. I wouldn't order this toner again and give this toner a one star.
