Probably one of the best purchases I've made. The suction cup works amazing even on my textured dash, and it holds the suction even in extreme cold temperature. The arm is very versatile and can hold the phone or just about any device in any position I can think of. If there is any con about this product is that it does bounce a little when you hit big bumps, but that is honestly not a big issue. The bounce is minimal and only lasts a fraction of a second. That's not a big issue because you're supposed to be watching the road, not the device. By the time you give it a second glance, it has stopped bouncing. All around a great product that I would recomend if you're looking for something to hold your device. You could even mount a GPS on it!!

This is actually not a bad device when it works. It sends out a powerful enough signal that my radio had no problem tuning into. With that said, there were times when I would find interference from other more powerful stations, but the SCAN button made solving that issue not too troublesome. The sound quality is alright, of course it would be better if it were directly plugged into the radio but unfortunately that's a feature my car doesn't have. I would have probably given this device a 4 based on what it did while it worked. But I gave it 2.5 starts because it only worked for a short period of time. Was that the devices fault? Not really as the device didn't appear to be in the best condition when I received it. That brings me to another point I'd like to make. This site has been giving me the most awesome customer support. I wish I knew where I could review that as well as this product. We've been in contact since the day I received the item and they've tried, and succeeded, in meeting a mutually beneficial solution for both parties. Excellent work and my hat is off to Samantha who has been kind and understanding the whole step of the way.
