Pleasantly surprised by the chair, its look and comfortability. Pictures dont always tell the whole story. Had waited for chair to go on sale before taking the plunge. Box arrived via Fedex Ground in large box (easy to handle for two people) in about the time estimated. Assembly – instructions were pictograms, but no problems deciphering them. One bonus is that all parts were sealed individually in its own packaging for each installation sections. However, the hex wrench included is really short, making it hard to hold and use. Ended up using my own hex wrench which made the install easier. Mobility: Was worried about other’s comments about issues rolling around while sitting in the chair, but Ive had no problems. I use a floor mat and chairs wheels move smoothly. (even moves better than partner’s Hyken, but then again, that chair is 2+ years old) Chair Use: Im working remotely, so Im sitting in it for at least 8 hrs a day, minimum. It’s really comfortable. Love the highback and neckrest. Recline is awesome but thinking now, I should have considered getting the footrest option. But still very happy I bought this chair.
