I've mounted a heavy HP ZR2440w monitor from it, and it was barely able to do it. The mount does end up bending slightly downwards requiring me to rotate slightly. The cable management clips are fair, although it's also very easy to wrap cable ties or zip ties on the arm or the pole. The bottom part of the clip does not have a pad or rounded edges, so if you don't want to scratch the bottom your desk, it may be useful to place some cardboard or wood.

Summary: Great features for a budget lamp, but watch its current draw and expect to loosen the screws to adjust. Pros: * The control to adjust the brightness and even the colour work well. I regularly switch from the daylight type colour to the yellow colour if I'm working or reading * You are able (albeit barely) to angle the lamp to point upwards Cons/limitations: * The current draw from the USB port is high: make note of that 10W because they mean it. I have it attached to an old Samsung Galaxy Tab's charger because anything less won't power it properly. Only my biggest USB power bank can allow me to use the lamp from batteries. * I have to make the screws relatively tight to keep the lamp from drooping down due to gravity, so I have to loosen the screws for every single adjustment. (You'll find yourself loosening the screws a lot more than you are used to if you had one of the high-end desk lamps with an arm that were popular during the time Pixar used it as their logo.)

The mouse pad has been fine for software development work (which generally requires slower movements on to small click targets). The stitching on the edges are noticeable if you move your fingers across them, but they don't affect the tracking of a Microsoft IntelliMouse going over them. This mouse pad is "slower" than my hard surface gaming type mouse pad, so it's something to consider if playing a shooter or action RPG.

Not much to say: it works! Be aware that just as the picture shows, it is a bit deeper than some other splitters. On the whole home TV+Internet+Phone from my provider, it took the space of an Ethernet port directly beside the phone port.

Summary: It works really well for a budget item, but pay close attention to the dimensions and weight because it is small and the weight limits are low. Pros: * If kept within the weight limits it works well * All the edges were smoothed out, so accidentally brushing against it doesn't scrape you * The keyboard tray has enough room for my standard keyboard and mouse * More room than a presentation podium * Assembly was OK Cons/limitations: * They really mean it with those weight limits: it will bend if you place heavier items on it * You'll really want to measure before getting it: I barely managed to squeeze a small laptop and 27" monitor on it, and that's with an arm freeing up the desk space. * It is stable for working on it, but walking directly into it can topple it over. (e.g. Plan accordingly if you have kids or a large pet who can play near it. It can benefit from placing about 4 kg of barbell weights on the base.)
