Remanufacturé HP 82X C4182X cartouche de toner noire haute capacité

I have a problem when a client orders this cartridge and they return it when it does not work when they take it out the box. With my 26 years of experience of re-manufacturing cartridges this tells me that it was not packed or tested properly.

I'm having some issues on some of your cartridges where the toner low indicator does not go on when the cartridge is empty. I was in the U.S. recently and there are a competitor there that are using a mobile App for their products and let me tell you I love it!!! I am always on the road and use my Mobile Device for everything. Don't you think it's time to get an APP. EVERYONE HAS GONE MOBILE, WHAT ABOUT YOU?
