I am very happy with this camera. I have used it for Zoom and Skype calls. Initially I thought that the microphone was not working well, however, there is a plastic protective film that covers the front of the camera that was blocking the microphone. Once removed, the sound was good.

Installs easy. One thing to do before installing is to check for small burs that can scratch the top of your desk. I found that out the hard way. I used a file to get rid of them and put a piece of padding on to protect the top of my desk.

This was an end of school year gift to my son. He loves it. I tried it out to make sure it worked. The headphones feel solid with excellent sound quality. Another plus is the lenght of the cord (not too long and not to short).

Easy to put together. I like the mesh and lumbar and upper back support. I had to remove the headrest as it interfered with my upper back. Making it adjustable so it can go up and down would be useful. The other issue is that although it can tilt backward (don't do that if you remove the headrest), it doesn't tilt forward enough to prevent the edge of chair cutting a bit on the underside of your legs.
