this chair is very uncomfortable. the lower lumbar doesnt stay put, it slides down as you lean on it. i had to remove it entirely. theres restocking fee + shipping fees not worth sending back but the chair is not worth it. it causes my lower back to hurt..

This stand came in, I mounted the base and leveled it. Unfortunately after screwing it in and making 4 holes, the tv mount itself is crooked. Therefore I will have to make more holes and install it unleveled just so the tv mount itself can be leveled. I have read reviews in the bad reviews, primecables replies: "if you have a problem contact us" I have tried to contact primecables numerous of times on livechat, they talk to me until I show them a photo of the unleveled tv mount and disconnect from me. This happened 3 times. The screws they provide are also very low quality and strip extremely easily. I would avoid this. This mount does not swivel clockwise/counterclockwise so I do in fact have to reinstall this stand, now using a wrench/socket rather than screwing it in because the screws are stripped.
