not used yet but confidant in product as have used this same brand for another printer for several years of orders always works great...only had a couple of issues with cartridges.in all the orders but .once in contact with customer service very pleased...offer to replace or /credit back received new carts within few days!! great customer service!!

worked as promoted....best price on sale anyplace...not worried if any problems as have ordered several products from this company cables adapters printr ink and more ! over the years , only had couple of issues ...contacted customer support ...great response ..replaced or credit back purchase....this particular product set up simple , works great even on another brands app no problems.

well made product as are most things I have purchased from this company ...not in prime use yet but basic test is fine expect it to be as promoted on sit this company stands behind products sold here never had any problems with anything I have purchased here if there was issues...response once contacted was pretty much immediate...replace or credit..very good customer care only had few times needed to contact!!

well made cable but the "sound response" part is not really that good...needs to be close to speaker or loud sounds to respond...just single diff color led lights located spaced apart on cable bright wen react to sound but thats bout it

works fine as promoted...actually even able to set up with a different app that I use for other devices.. great price for the product as well nothing around can compare...also of note been dealing with shopper+/123ink.ca/primecables for some time only had a couple of problems and once contacted got VERY good assistance (replaced product or credit back) promptly!!

fast delivery just a few tests with it so far and like easy to use right off only problem so far .1)..came with wrong instruction sheet! for another model fortunately the download on site is correct model so its ok 2) *minor note but the 2 bubble levels would be better if backlit as cannot see the bubble easily/at all depending on use, both are dark with dark backgrounds

received my order of 6 just noticed all have wrong stamping they are printed with yellow where should be orange not just 1but all 6 so must have been a bad production run and PC should have noticed themselves eventually, or had a recall or something on them by the manufacture noticeable error seems like not much for quality control inspection by someone?
