It works!! Biggest comedy of errors in a year! Ordered & paid for it. Received not "it" but a Brother 630!! Company error! Was forced to order from Amazon. Arrived promptly & correct. $4 more. One printer back on line. Another (same model running low & tonner full - needed drum) so kept order going! Company sent Moustache at no cost. Did not work last time, but courtesy appreciated. Then Company confirmed no OEM BROTHER 360 IN STOCK & WHOULD SHIP WHEN RECEIVED. FINALLY FRIDAY OCT 20TH IT WAS RECEIVED AND SHIPPED BY UPS! ARRIVED MONDAY OCT 23. NOW INSTALLED AND OPERATIONAL. STAFF WERE/ARE TO BE COMPLIMENTED! STUCK THRU THE MORASS WITH LEVEL HEADEDNESS AND COURTESY!! HOWRAH TO THEM! THEY SAVED A LING TERM CLIENT!!

Back pack arrived promptly in what appeared to be original box shipped in to Montreal. Was perfect. Plug and play. After brief airing out was quickly adopted by our cat - we have 2 cats. Would recommend this carrying method for/to anyone. Well made. Shipped quickly. HOWRAH!

I ordered two ink products. I was basically out of these two printer inks. I explained the urgency to the agent taking my order. She said she would try to have shipping put it out from Montreal to Vaughan On the same day. I called the next day as I had not heard the status of my order. To my surprise the order had been delivered!! Now that was exemplary service by all! Veterans welcome. Put the inks into the printers. Plug & play as usual! Howrah! Thank you.

Product was welcomed and as usual plug and play! What was most impressive was the service from my order taking agent! I had run short of two ink products, this being one, she said she would make best efforts to have my order shipped that day. I never heard more I called next day to inquire and was informed my order had been delivered! Huge pleasant surprise. Thank you all

Not worth the money!!! Moustache COMBO is 1/2 the price & thought workability is sometimes uneven - ink may or may not be workmanlike or correctly filled - staff at 123 are always helpful, considerate & work diligently to correct errors & to make clients satisfied. Howrah to front line staff - tough spit in a Pamdemic!

Love the shredder! Works as advertised - 5 sheet part fantastic - larger multi copies OK but more complex and not any/or good directions. Waited a month for it to come in and was worth it. When shipped the outer box was severly damaged by FedEx but the inner package of the product was not damaged. Good packaging for a quite heavy product.
