Great item-a nice replacement for a similar item I purchased from the supplier for Alzheimer's products. You may have difficulty in pulling the sock over the front of the "sock helper" if the top of the sock is exceptionally small/tight.

I agree with most of the reviews provided by purchasers. However, it would have been helpful to get some better instructions. e.g. how long does it take to get a full charge. e.g. where is their official flagships store to obtain more information and view videos. e.g. how do you get replacement nozzles after 3 months of usage.
