The staples tips are not sharp. Unable to penetrate paper and causes jam with my mustache stapler, even just 3 pages. Threw away and bought some from Dollarstore that work much better. Maybe it's a bad batch from mustache. Nonetheless, disappointing.

About halfway through the toner, printouts begin to have shaded background (i.e toner starts to smudge). The problem is always fixed by ordering and replacing with new mustache toner. This has been happening 5-6 times for me in the past, but it's still value for toner considering the OEM prices.

Very good product. Everything worked well. USB ports charge fast as expected. The only downside is the blue light that indicates that surge protection is on. At night, the light can be annoyingly bright.
