Started out great but after one use and after charging it etc no longer picking up any crumbs or dirt or dust. Need a refund or replacement for both of them, I bought two :(

Works Great! 4/5 because it is a bit loud and the instructions/video to set up are not 100% clear instead the video just shows the product, doesn’t show how to attach components or to the bottle (eg do you remove the plastic covering of the bottle or not and how to puncture bottle cap if not etc)

Great for the price and Solid for 14inch laptops or smaller, but was not as sturdy for a 17inch laptop. 4/5 because for me, I found it was either a bit too low or a bit too high between the first and second settings so I have it sitting on a small box to align with my monitor. If there was a height/angel setting in between the first and second it would be 5/5 great!
