It arrived very well packed. You need to let it stand and air out for a few days before using it. Mattress is firm and comfortable. After sleeping in it for 2 weeks, before reviewing this product, I found the middle piece seems to sag a little bit. I hope it will not continue to sag. I am 135lbs.
