Being a senior, I like the five (5) levels of resistance, so I can increase the resistance slowly. The bands are nicley labelled and the quality so far is good. What would be helpful is a simple instruction sheet for the various straps and roller along with some suggested exercises or routines to help one get started. Delivery was prompt as usual.
