Just the right height, depth and width for my desk. Would be nice if it was possible to swap the side compartments from right to left, but otherwise it works perfectly. The drawer helps organise some small items, especially with some additional compartments that I added in. The item seems sturdy with no bowing when putting my fairly heavy monitor on it.
