I'm not even exaggerating when I say this is the worst product I have ever bought in my life. I am disappointed in Prime Cables that they put their logo on it and sold it. I used to think that meant it must be decent if they are willing to put their name on it but now I will think twice before buying a Prime Cables branded item. Even when I am not doing anything with it, random errors pop up saying various things failed. It is also too slow to do anything even when plugged into the Ethernet port with 300 Mbps internet. It is old, so was on sale, but I feel if it's so old it's not even functional anymore that Prime Cables should just take the loss and recycle the product instead of selling it to customers. I love Prime Cables but this was really disappointing.

Cheap and works. Can't fit too many cables in the middle though. My HDMI cable is too thick to go in there and bend out.

The first one I was sent didn't work. It would have a red light when plugged in to to charge but even if I charged it for several days it would still never respond to any buttons or do anything. Prime Cables had Excellent Customer Service and asked me if I wanted a refund or a new one. I chose a new one and they quickly sent a replacement to me for free. I used it for about 2 weeks and the power button broke. It feels like the top 2 buttons underneath disappeared and if I shake it I can hear something loose inside so am assuming the button got pushed into the device. I will recommend Prime Cables to people for their Customer Service but not this product as it does not seem very good.
