The product is a well made solid product, but the clamp is not. First one I received, the clamp missed the e clip, therefore making it useless. Spoke with Shoppers+ and they sent out replacement. The replacement holes in the clamp were not threaded. I gave up..

Decent product. Very easy to put together. Included everything you need to assemble including gloves (safety first), rubber mallet, and few extra parts. Note that this is not meant to carry heavy weight.
