Nice adapter BUT only supports USB 2.0 speeds (tested with various host and storage devices like laptops and iPad and compared to another USB 3.0 converter). Was provided a refund (5 stars for support!) but this item either has a defect or design flaw and is falsely advertised. It supports keyboard, mouse, and USB storage on iPad so not all bad just slow transfer speed. The lanyard is a nice touch.

Works as expected. Nice aluminum case. HDMI works well at 1440p (4K not tested). Gets warm but not hot. USB 3 port confirmed to be full speed. HDMI, USB, and PD input all work with iPad Mini 6 also. Would be nice if it had a detachable cable.

Decent quality and a huge size weight savings over a standard cable. Very flexible. Doesn’t feel as durable as the “micro-thin” cables. Would be nice to have an anti-snag but can’t complain for the price. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up after long term use.

The one I received did not work (hence why only 4 maple leaf rating). Contacted support and they sent me a new one - excellent service! The new one works for 1080p applications on a 2012 non-retina MacBook Pro. Also supports 2048x1080. In case anybody is wondering this does NOT support 1440p (2560x1440) or 4K with this MacBook.

Very sturdy shelving, appears to be well made and heavy duty. Haven’t installed yet but all the hardware is well packaged. Comes with mounting template, bubble level, proper lag bolts, etc. I would order again if I needed another set.

Much higher quality and more sturdy than I expected for the price. Assembly was a breeze, only took a few minutes, and all done with the included Allen key. The rubber feet are a nice touch. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up in the shower.

Very happy with this cable. It allows me to use a QHD monitor at full resolution (2560x1440) on my mid-2012 non-retina Macbook Pro, which the passive MDP to HDMI adapter could not do. Cable seems well-built, no kinks or twisting, and has a nice feel. Only complaint is that it doesn't come in black and the little orange tag left some glue residue when removed.
