We have been purchasing items from 123 Inkcartridges for many years. All ink cartridges we have received have bee excellant. On a few occassions we have return the ink cartridge and got a replacement. Have not received the gift G&G bag and the G^G Notes Pad Combo. Not for sale .. Service has been excellant. Thanks. We have been purchasing items over the past few years. We find that the service is very good. When we order an item we get what we order. We have recently purchased an HP Printer and I called to find out the proper inkcartridge we would require. The person was very helpful We have also had defected cartridge and return for replacement with no problem. Deliverary is fast .
