I'm using it well by now. It is good for computer users preventing back pains and neck pains. When I assemble this desk, I was cofused to find proper parts. I suggest they put marks on each part.

When this product was deliverd, the lid was opened and spilled out the liquid. I tried to return the items but Shopper+ customer service gave proper action to remove hustles. This item should be packed tightly to prevent spill the liquid.
