Although this is meant for a rack mount, you can install it on a solid desk if you pre-drill holes for the included screws. It works very well for cleaning up cable management at the back of a desk with multiple HDMI, power, USB, etc. cables.

Extremely handy to have one or two of these to grab and go. One caveat: when powering a Nintendo Switch dock and an iPhone at the same time, the Switch dock may need to be unplugged and plugged in again for the correct power draw to be negotiated across both usb-c ports.
