Quality of ink is good but sometimes have a problem with a new cartridge registering on the printer and have to take it out and put it back in a few time before it works. For the price they generally work well

The OEM Cartridges work the best in my Printer. Only had a problem once (leaking)and I have purchased many, 123Ink replaced it !!

Scrolling in Netflix with the remote just doesn't work very well and the remote in general is difficult to use. I end up using a mouse to make it work easily - and this does make a big difference. The quality of the device is nice, and i can switch between Netflix and my TV Nextbox by just turning the MXQ box off. I just find the navigation part of things to be lacking and the only real complaint.
