Delivery was prompt. Product was not difficult to setup although the instructions were not very clear. Performance seems to be acceptable. The LAN port on the unit was one of my prime reasons for selecting it. There have been no problems so far in using a 4-port LAN switch connected to the single port on the extender to provide pseudo-wired internet to an old desktop PC and what is now a network printer in the extension area.

This is a large and heavy unit, not really pocket size. It might be helpful to some buyers to make this clear in the description. It has a very high capacity and has lights to indicate its status. The flashlight feature is useful, Quality seems to be good.

You people charged me for expedited shipping on a Colorfly tablet in November, and then sent it by regular mail, causing lots of problems. Several times I have asked that you refund the extra shipping charge, but you ignore me. You also screwed up a car DVR purchase so that I ended up paying extra shipping charges. I haven't bothered pointing that out until now because of the lack of response to my issue with the Colorfly tablet. Your customer service is terrible and you seem to think it is OK to cheat your customers. Kindly stop bothering me, as I won't be buying anything from you unless there is no alternative. And I do mean NO alternative.

The product worked OK the first day I used it. The second day it was the source of a lot of interference lines on my TV screen that led me to purchase a new adapter locally, which completely fixed the problem and has been working well for weeks. Your product is a fragile piece of junk. I didn't bother to return it because it was cheaper than the cost to mail it, and I didn't want another piece of junk. Also, at the time I bought the adapter, I bought a 9.7" tablet and paid extra for fast shipping, which you did not provide. However, you kept the $15 extra that I had paid you. As a result the tablet arrived too late to be an Xmas gift, and I have decided your firm is no longer at the top of my list of choices for potential suppliers. Far from it. You sell OK ink at a usually OK price. Period. I will look elsewhere for my other needs. Thanks, and good bye.
