Not too tough to set up. Just watch the ID of the day and date functions. Must know it is not from N. America as the abbreviation for Wednesday on the actual clock is "WEN" - ad shows WED.

My wife's older model HP printer had this same cartridge installed in the summer of 2020. She uses the printer on a regular basis but not what would be considered high volume. The cartridge finally ran out (got very light after a page or two). This is one of the few replacement cartridges still available (even HP no longer supplied a replacement cartridge). It is available; it works fine; it is very economical. Keep up the good work guys.

I replaced the 5376 (Ivory) which appears to be no longer available. This is exactly like the ..76 only a bit better. Feeds a bit straighter and clicks apart from the full sheet at least as easy as the ..76

The headset on the wife's PC lost sound on one side (very light weight and almost flimsy construction). Ordered the GX-H4 headset as replacement. It is light enough that my wife likes it, and the sound is really quite good for a very inexpensive headset. The price was right and we received free shipping by putting it with another item I needed. What more could I ask for?

This is the second HP13X Q2613X toner cartridge I have purchased here. The first is starting to run out so I ordered a replacement. It arrived very promptly and in excellent condition. I have not installed it yet as the old one is still working as long as I remove it and shake it to move the toner around inside the cartridge. Should replace it in a few weeks.

The product was excellent. Exactly as advertised. The shipping was not acceptable. UPS left an email that they attempted delivery and I could pickup at a local depot. The delivery failed because the driver did not attempt to enter through the security system in the apartment. He could use the button/buzzer system in the entry way to contact either me or the building manager to be "buzzed" into the building. Delivery "almost" worked. It failed in the final 100 feet!

In order to get free shipping I needed to purchase 1 case plus 1 additional ream for 11 reams in total. The single ream arrived in a separate box and was in perfect condition. Very bright paper and prints on my laser printer without any issue. This is the second order for a 1 case or more in the past 10 months. Absolutely no issue with the paper at all. The FedEx delivery was a problem this time as the driver did not know how to enter the apartment block and claimed the recipient was not available /the business was closed. Not true!!! I called and explained how to enter. The second driver made the delivery the next day.

The paper itself is a 5. The case for the paper (10 reams) was very damaged before shipping (the end of the cardboard case was ripped off and a substitute piece of cardboard was taped onto the case). The 5 reams at that end of the case were also slightly damaged (the paper coverings were ripped and then repaired with clear tape). I believe the product was on sale because of the damaged packaging. From what I can tell, the paper inside is still undamaged (using the first ream with no problems).

Very heavy cord. Used to extend the bedside lamp to the plug in the middle of the wall behind the queen size head board. (New table lamps all seem to have VERY short cords.) Exactly as advertised.

Very well packed/packaged. The paper is 97 bright, so is a bit "whiter" than my last box of 92 bright from a local store. The wrapping is almost a plasticized paper around each ream, so it is well protected against any moisture during shipping. Have printed a few items as a continuous run, some single sided items, and some double sided printing without any problems. The outer box was completely sealed with clear tape to hold down the box top, so the paper arrived in pristine condition.
