need detail intallation intructions. I intalled no 1 and no 3 position drawer (top and bottom) flush to the cabinet edges, top drawer ok. When I installed the bottom one it can not close completely has a half inch opening gap. I have to move the drawer slide bar half inch inside the carbinet,then it will lose properly. Also when open the drawers it is harder to open the drawers then other brand name's slide. Is there any adjustment to adjuste the tension ?

I like it. I especially like the clear colour round tip, but I try 3 days only the tip gone (missing). I can not find the tip. I am using the other end of the dome shape (semi circle) tip now. Very disappointed.

The person who put the clamps box in the shipping package has no protection bubble foam or bag at all. Turn out all the clamps from the box came out during shipping. The Small # 2 box of 50 clamps came out from the box in the shipping package ( the box was damaged ), but has only 48 pieces I can collect out of 50. The bottom of the shipping package has a opening gap, may be 2 pieces came out during shipping.

The jumbo # 1 box of 12 clamps came out from the box in the shipping package ( the box was damaged ), but no missing pieces. The bottom of the shipping package has a opening gap. I ordered 2 boxes, one is good, clamps stayed in the box.
