Well built but a Major design flaw… there is no bottom in the section where file folders are placed so when you open the drawer to pull out something, the file folders fall down into the space. Customer service was excellent received a refund

Last time I ordered it work for 1/4 of the roll and this time it wouldn't work after being used 2 times. Absolutely a piece of junk. A good item to remove from your product line.
