My printer didn't work at first after I installed it. But after rebooting the printer, I could print documents again. My printer still shows an error sign, saying that the drum has an error, but it does print, so I continue to use it.

I ordered 3 of these compatible cartridges and needed the first one 2 days ago when my toner cartridge was low. I opened the package and followed the instructions. My printer did not accept the new cartridge and kept giving me an error message of "supply memory error" whenever I re-inserted the cartridge after shutting the power off and restarting as per the trouble-shooting faq.

Although I haven't used this recent purchase yet, I will when I need it! I always keep one on hand as they work well. As I use black ink most of the time, it's great to have a spare! Good quality and high yield!
