Like that they stand up. I try to reduce my plastic consumption, but I like the convenience of these bags for meal prep, freezing and marinating. Actually, my favourite use for these particular stand-up bags are for marinating meat. You do not have to deal with the marinade that touched raw meat. Just seal and dispose of in a waterproof garbage bag.
