This such a comfortable and affordable reading pillow. It smelled really bad the first day, but after airing out, it was terrific. This is a great product to use in bed or against a wall. Love it!

Please note that I almost always get excellent service here. They are usually very accommodating and often make it right when something comes damaged or defective. I love this site and its convenience. This is one of the rare times I have been disappointed. This item arrived creased and damaged. I contacted Shopper Plus, and they wanted to know if I wanted them to resend or get a refund. I asked if I would be able to get me this item within the week for a presentation. They said yes, so I asked them to resend. I never received the replacement and had to rush out and purchase the item at Staples. I know it is a very inexpensive product. I am not concerned about the money lost, but I am annoyed at the inconvenience. The reason I purchased online was to save time, so it can be delivered to my door. I ended wasting a lot of time dealing with this.

Good price! I find that this particular toner is not perfect. It leaves the paper very streaky. The price was right, though. I would probably buy again.

I wish I had an option to pick the colour. It is a good size notebook, but I much prefer the letter-sized ones that come in packs of four and all four colours.

I do not like the fact that the colours are randomized. I like neutral colours. They are also very thin and slippery. I would not buy again.

It is comfortable but memory foam is still rather lumpy after a couple of months. The price was fantastic. It was a good buy.

Great price. Compared to the the original Brother brand, you are getting a similar quality at a steep discount. Original brother is best (in my opinion), but this is a very close second best. The value is certainly best.
