Within an hour of installing this flimsy shoe rack, I heard a loud noisy sound from the closet, went in and found the bottom 2 racks fell to the ground. the plastic parts that were connecting different shoe racks were completely broken, and reusable now. This can’t hold 36 shoes at all, I only hung about 24 pairs and it can’t even hold the weight of 24 pairs. Really disappointed with the quality of the product and shopper+ that sells it.

Works great as advertised. I bought 2 for my 2 cats, one cat learned to use it right away and the other one is still getting used to it. I think the voice recorder in the machine helps them learn how to use it. My cat that learned fast runs when he hears my voice coming out of the machine.
