I love the product. I’m just very disappointed with the delivery process operated by Purolator and I hope to increase awareness by giving one out of five marks. They did not call/ notify me in any single way. I was at home the whole time and they marked me as ‘inaccessible receiver’. I saw the delivery status in the website which appeared ‘delivering in the vehicle at 5:02 pm’ and ‘inaccessible receiver’ at 5:03pm’. I called the customer service at 5:40pm and they only asked me to wait for another four days and reminded me that it can still get delay after four days. It was a Christmas gift so it was not gonna made it as a Christmas gift after 4 days. The only option I got is to go get the parcel by myself at the pick up point which took me 2 hours back and fourth that day. I do not need a delivery anyway if I have that time, right? The delivery process made me not wanting to purchase from this store anymore. It is not fair to this store because of the great quality of the product but it is what it is until they change their delivery process.
