Product looks great but as far as I can tell the USB-C charge ports don't actually charge. The LED lights stay red indefinitely and certainly didn't charge the controllers I've put on them.

Only took 4 months of regular use for the arm to become limp and useless, tightening the bolts to increase the resistance in the joints of the arm does nothing because the screw holding it in place js stripped. If there were a chance I could buy thjs again and have it last longer than a year I would, but as it stands I'll have to look for other solutions.

My wife's leg was bothering her shortly after the pandemic began because she was sitting at her desk in our home office for longer than she would if she were regularly going into her office. I got this desk for her to be able to stand or sit at her leisure and it works like a charm. The 3 programmable heights is a great feature and it fit our already purchased ikea desktop perfectly. My wife's leg pain has gone away too! Can't recommend this product enough.

Easy to install though I would suggest against using the provided drywall anchors and instead use something a little more heavy duty. I fixed mine to my wall using toggle bolts which are getting the job done remarkably well. The range of motion provided by the arms is great although it can be tricky to reposition the monitor back against the wall.
