I have been purchasing this product for some years, at first there was no problem; however, my orders before this one I did have problems with the cartridge - 1 wouldn't work at all 'problem with cartridge'; another stopped printing, no ink flow although it showed over 1/2 full; most times the level shows at least 1/4 full, however, will not print. Consequently, I am a somewhat unsatisfied.

Almost as good as brand name like HP, get very good quantity,while I have not tried my new one, I'm expecting that it is adaptable to my printer. Last one didn't work, it said one of the cartridges needed adjustment???? In the garbage it went and I opened another!!
