The customer service here is extremely disappointing. Instead of offering genuine assistance, they seem more focused on avoiding responsibility. Rather than addressing my concern, they simply suggested a refund as if that were the best solution, without considering my actual needs. When I inquired about a shipping delay, they told me to contact the shipping company myself—hardly the support I expected. A good customer service team should listen, take responsibility, and provide real solutions. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me never to shop here again. It’s frustrating to deal with a company whose employees seem unwilling to do their jobs properly.😔

The chair is perfect for my initial art studio. the chair is comfortable, and lumber support is the best. as an artist, people generally go chairs that have no lumber or back support, but trust me, this good quality mesh back and comfortable foam at the bottom. height is pretty standard for any task chair, really. light weight, and you maneuvers very easily. I'm 6.1 in height and 115 KG weight and don't find it difficult to sit or move. 360-degree wheels are very strong. it took me literally less than 5 mins to assemble it. I love it. ❤️ I have added 2 photos 1 with totally down and 2nd totally high

I absolutely love it. I am a graphite pencil artist 🎨 and can't tell you how happy I am. it can accommodate a 42-inch height canvas. currently, I have a 42" x 42" heavy MDF board put on it, and then I use my drawing paper. it is made of good quality wood. it's good for Beginners and asembley is so smooth and easy. it comes with a screw driver as well. the wood is finished, so don't worry about handling it with bare hands. although I'll recommend using a glove. really happy with the product
