printing OK, but does not show ink level. Also, I was disappointed at the unuasually long delivery time compared to past purchases.

This type of cartridge seems to work ok, but does not show the volume of ink on my Brother J497DW printer.

So far I have only installed the Yellow cartridge. It was recognized by the Brother printer and printed ok. The only blemish i find, is that when checking ink volume, it displays a question mark on the Yellow; even when new.

No complaints about the Brother cartridges. I tried using the Moustache brand, which is supposed to be compatible, at a lower price, but my Brother printer does not recognize it.

The product itself was satisfactory. I was not completely satisfied with the shipping options. The cheapest option to ship by Canada Post was not offered at check-out, only the more expensive option by FedEx, which cost more than the product itself.

Transaction was super easy, product arrived in really good time as usual. Would give it 5 stars but I haven't installed the cartridges yet. If they perform as well as in the past, they would be well worth the price.

I really have no complaints with regards to the black ink cartridges that I purchased recently from 123InkCatridges.ca. The product was shipped promptly and arrived in a timely manner, in good condition. I installed the first of the two cartridges, it was recognised by the printer without problems and so far it is performing perfectly. All in all I would definitely use the service again.
