Product terrific and much cheaper than original direct from manufacturer. No problems installing or printing. Even when I get Toner Low signal, it keeps chugging out good copies. Delivery service excellent as well.

New drum working fine with nice crisp printing. However, the drum came in a box clearly labelled Drum Unit. while the instructions were for changing the Toner cartridge. I had to do a web search to find my printer and the correct procedure for installing the new unit and resetting the Drum count. That was very annoying. Otherwise, good product and good price.
