Bought two, one for wife and I. Both use daily, she moves less in her office chair and it doesn't fold / roll under the wheels. I move a bit more and it tends to get caught up in the wheels (ordered the roller blade wheels to try to fix it)

The rope is long, and the plates are alright, but man the screws are awful... ended up trusting the included set too much, stripping too many before I smartened up. To pull up bikes, works well. Also used to hoist other stuff
