Works like any other softener but dislike the smell. Bought this one by mistake as I wanted the fragrance free version. I have a sensitivity to fragrances.

Thought these were a different kind of softener sheets when I ordered them. Surprised to find they are kind of a sock. Was hesitant to believe they would work but after multiple loads find that they work great. Clothes are soft and without any fake perfume smell you usually get with the sheet softeners. Highly recommend them.

As it is advertised for, it did a great job cleaning up all the products under the sink. Bought a second one for the upstairs hall closet. A little too tall for that - between the shelves - but still works if you use short/small items in the top tray.

Product works great. I like that it's a side plug rather than the normal straight style. Would be a 5 star if the connector was a little smaller.
