50/50, sometimes works, sometimes not, reboot require to fix it. Can't see videos from my phone when using 4G, LTE, connection. My phone only can display image or video when I have good WiFi connection, poor connection doesn't work. SD cards need to be formatted sometimes in order to keep re-recording. Not a professional unit, just a toy. So good to see your dog at home but definitely not for pro. security purposes. But good product for the price.

2nd time now, all 4 units disconnects from my WiFi and S31s need to reboot. After reboot they all connect back automatically and I can see them in my Home mate app. No idea why. So not 100% proof. I use some at work and some at home to power devices that are far away to access but do have good WiFi coverage.

Not working from the box dealing with return/refund now, will see. Wanted this unit for my lights outside so I don't have to control it manually. The hub wouldn't have any light when plugging to router, so I wasn't able to connect/setup at all. Checked the switch, before installing into the wall, unit started to blink abnormally not as per documentation. Follow the setup procedure anyways, couldn't get the blue leds blink steady as per user manual setup. Packaging wasn't sealed, poor packaging, could of been an open/repackaged item. Not the first time I'm getting repackaged item from primecables.
