Used with both k-cup pods and ground coffee without issue. Not sure why, but the cup isn't filled at the same height all the time (noticeable difference), but I can live with it... Closing the lid feels a bit weird and you have to flip the handle once fully closed.

I spent more time than I should have trying to pop the catcher out (thought I had to push that flap down to pop the bead out)... For anyone else in the same boat, all you have to do is slide it out haha...

It took me somewhere between 1-2 hours to put together. The resin that wraps around the frame isn't all perfect so some of the doors don't close properly, or pull the door above/below open as well. One of the door magnets was half broken so it would have been nice if it came with extras. The complaints aside, it works well enough.
