Worst shopping experience in a very long time. I ordered this chair and 2 other items on September 2 and received them on September 5. When I unpacked the chair, I noticed that there was a hole in the mesh of the seat and another one right in the middle of the headrest. I immediately reported the defects by completing a return ticket on the seller's website. No reaction from shopper+ other than removing the "365-day warranty" and replacing it with "discontinued" in my order history. I waited a week and then decided to call them. The customer service lady seemed understanding but wanted to bypass my request. I want to return the chair because I consider that delivering merchandise with holes is a lack of respect to the customer and suggests that there is no quality control. On the other hand, the lady offered to replace the headrest to solve the problem. It's as if I had to keep merchandise with defects!!! She promises to talk to her manager and get back to me with a solution the next business day. After another week, I've had no communication. I wrote to them to follow up but no response! From that moment, I understood that shopper+ has little regard for its customers and that you have to harass them on the phone every day and make complaints everywhere to be heard. That's what I'll be doing! TO BE CONTINUED...
