The products you sent were great. However one of the cyan cartridges had a leak. I called and said that I would be happy if I received a credit for it. I was told I would receive a replacement (which would cost you extra for the shipping). The replacement did not arrive. You managed to turn a very satisfied customer to one who will never use your company again. For $4??? Why? You asked for a review of your products but not a review of how you treat your customers when there is a problem. A very trivial problem in fact that could have be very easily handled to your real benefit in building customer confidence in the company.
