I Love this product. It is great value for the price. Works well. I usually do not have a problem with these cartridges, however this time 3 out of the four did not work. Customer Service kindly replaced the 2 color cartridges, but I am still waiting for a replacement for the defective black 61XL. I will definetely keep purchasing this brand again.

The page yield of a cartridge is based upon the ISO standard for measuring ink cartridge yields by printing out pages with 5% page coverage until the cartridge runs empty.
