Really cute product ... but I've ordered it twice, and a hook was broken each time. Probably, the item just needs to be packed better ... but it also raises the question of how long the hooks would have lasted even if they hadn't broken en route. It's too bad about the hooks because everything else about the frame is nice.

I am starting to wonder how I survived without this heating pad. I use it for my shoulder pain, and the fact that the pad is shaped for neck and shoulder makes using it really easy. The heat and timing control is easy to use, even for arthritic fingers. I highly recommend.

This gives an excellent massage, but I have to warn you that this is truly a deep tissue massage. If you want a gentle massage, then this is not the product for you. For me, the product is great, and so is the price.
