***This is not a complaint nor a negative review*** We are pleased with the quality and the price of this toner cartridge. I have tried to relay what appears to be a wrong representation of the toner level displayed on the printer to the online support. But the agent did not listen to the concern but rather give solutions to fix the issue, which by the way none recommended has worked. We do understand the formula of the page yield is measured on a 5% coverage. This is not what we are trying to challenge. We have no less than 10 printers that use the CE278A toner which all of the toners are showing need to be replaced. At 1100-1200 pages we are getting low ink cartridge. We have temporarily ignored the message and the toner will run up to about 1900 pages which is very acceptable. The only issue is from a novice end user perspective. It is time to replace the toner. This been said we have just lost 500-700 pages per toner when the end user is replacing the toner going by the messaged displayed and not the actual toner level. I am hoping that this will be looked into from a technical perspective and maybe give it a test if possible. We will continue buying your product but looking for a reasonable solution. Thank you.

The quality is good. The price is good. The only concern is, you will get no more than 1100-1200 pages per toner based on resolution set to 300 dpi, density 3. Comparabile product I used before, averaged 1800-1950 pages per toner with the same settings as above. The price difference is $5 dollars per toner. This been said the cost per page is about the same.

Dear customer ,thanks for your kind feedback on our product . The page yield is counted at 5% coverage on each A4 paper . Normally one single unit can print up to 2100 pages if you print 5% full on a paper. . Toner use is by how much toner is placed on each page printed and how many you print. If you just do same printings as before like just printing normal documents , but got much less yield,please feel free to contact our customer service for solutions .
