Just like all others from the TZe line, compatible or genuine it jammed up. My trial tape from Brother works fine but none of the replacements do. So disappointing.

Jammed in my labeller separating the layers just like the other genuine ones I had. I put my trial tape back in and no problem. I just do not understand why these do not work. There was no instructions saying to do anything special so I put it in, tried to print and jammed.

I am so disappointed with this product. I ordered two of these. I put them into my labeler and they just jammed up and then All the layers came apart making it unusable. Money right down the drain! I had a labeler that used M Tape not the TZe tape and never had an issue. But these two with this new type is garbage. I had trial tape in my labeler and it worked fine. But they cannot seem to make the replacements worth a hoot. Very unhappy. I guess I have a paperweight as my labeller now.

If I could give this no stars I would. I didn't have a change to use this drum until now as I had another printer to use to get what I needed done and this drum was worse than the one it replaced. The text on the page was so faint you hardly knew the text was there. NEVER buying again. I may never even buy from 123 InkCartridges again for toner even after this bad experience.
