This product can be described as marginal at best. While in England, the adapter had to be 'jiggled' for a few moments in the wall receptacle before a connection could be made, usually at an odd angle. Fortunately, a small indicator light confirmed a proper connection. Would not buy this adapter again.

Top marks for the keyboard protector and the screen protector. Both items fit well and provide protection. The hard plastic cover on the other hand does not fit well and is not being used. Despite that, the other 2 covers justify the price paid.
