Brother TN760 cartouche de toner compatible noire haute capacité - avec puce - Moustache® - 1/paquet

I have a resale business, and 123ink.ca is one of my suppliers. I had a complaint from a clients that their TN760 wasn't printing properly (light print on both sides of the page and dark in the middle). My client removed the cartridge and rocked it back and forth to redistribute the toner, and reinstalled it, and it still printed the same low quality print out. I picked up the defective cartridge and replaced it with a new one which solved the issue, 123ink.ca would not refund/credit me without proof that the cartridge was defective.
